In Portals, you take on the role of adepts of the Portal Guild and try to open portals to other worlds. It is a tile placement game in which you collect magical energy by placing certain tiles in your personal display. Whenever you have collected enough magical energy from a certain Shard World, you can place a portal stone in your display and thus create a passage to this world. You can also place portal stones on your spell book if you fulfill the conditions listed there. The first player to place all their portal stones wins the game. Portals is a fast tile laying game for two players invented by the legendary designer Uwe Rosenberg. It comes with simple rules and beautiful illustrations by Vincent Modler.
